You can delete your Versed account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Versed.
  2. Tap the person icon at the top of the feed to open Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email emutema.mutema@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We reply within one month.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, right away:

  • your Versed account (email address, name, profile picture link and Google user ID),
  • the link between your account and your subscription record at RevenueCat, including any push token stored for reminders.

Your reading progress, saved verses and streak are stored only on your device; deleting your account also clears them from the device you delete it on. Uninstalling the app removes them from any other device.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat may keep purchase records under their own policies, for example for tax and accounting.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. See Help & support.
